winter wonderland...

hey ladies! Are you all getting into the christmas spirit? ma and my sister scrapped the other day while watching miracle on 34th street, and yesterday I went to see a christmas carol with my aunt and sister. Its all helping to get me into the christmas spirit! Also I got a new product from michaels finally that I have been wanting for awhile now. Snowtex! Its so fabulous! And so the snowtex and my christmas spirit were the inspiration behind this layout!

the snow tex is all around the edge of the diecut paper. underneath that is white card stock with tim holtz crackle paint around the edges. and some lovely lace. the inchie in the corner is for marlenes challenge on her blog. I started with a chipboard inchie that I painted white. I then used some doodle bug rub on alohas and put on I love u.On top of that I added glossy accents then a tim holtz fragment. for the wings that I attatched to the inchie I used glimmer mist to paint them. glossy accents to attach them and then I added some stickles. the flower is a prima flower I hand glittered with martha stewart glitter and a pink paislee pixie stix. the silver chipboard flourish are making memories and the pink bling is from zva. I like the pink and blue in stead of traditional christmas colors! I hope this helps you all get into the christmas spirit! have a fabulous rest of your weekend!
