A bump in the road...

So if anyone read my last post, or have been falling along with my blog this summer you know its been a hard hard summer for me. The hardest. THe silver lining, I have amazing friends and family who are with us 100%. Granted there have been some people who are nosy and don't care about our feelings and who have not been supportive at all in my family also, but it's there loss I think. That is just no way to act or treat a family member who is struggling with hard desicions. I know who my really faithful people are, I know the ones in our lives who will stand by us no matter what and those are the only ones who matter to me! And to those, you all know who you are and you've spent many minutes talking and encouraging me this summer, Thank you and I love you all so much!
We are pushing the wedding back. This is out of our control really. There is too much family stuff going on right now. It makes me sad, yet I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason. It will all work out exactly as it is supposed to. (and if people cant understand that or feel a need to second guess what we are telling them, then its their loss again, cause I want nothing to do with it.) Me and Valdo know it will all work out exactly as god has planned for us. So while right now everything really sucks and life seems hard and unfair, I know it will all be fine. It will be something we look back on and say " oh, I understand now why things had to go that way." It will all make perfect sense in the future.
Thank you all for allowing me to vent here so much this summer. For being supportive and understanding when some of you I don't even know, Thats more than I can say for some of my family at this point. So I very very much appreciate it!

Now onto weekend recap:

I spent my weekend vegging out with my sister, doing laundry, relaxing, and working on wedding stuff. I watched alot of movies this weekend.

  1. Thanks for stopping by my blog, and for the sweet comment. Whatever it is that you are going through, everything happens exactly as it is suppose to-- sometimes our expectations are just different. So just keep believing that everything happens for a reason, and in the end it will all be exactly as it was suppose to be.

  2. I almost cried when I read this. I'm suffering from lack of sleep right now or I wouldn't be quite as emotional, but I'm glad you can see that in the future it will all make sense. Whatever it is that is bothering you, you are a good person and deserve good things :)
