A travel Journal Update***

So this month was our first time sending out our travel journals. You can see the post about the book I made for this project here. I got Marlene's book first and I wanted to share the pages I made in her book with you all! Her book was adorable!

The first page was all about you. Tell her about myself. I made a pocket to hold my tag and added some fun embellies.

The second page was a post card from your state. she already had the pockets set up for us. I just added a couple things to this but I think it's cute. (sorry the photos is blurry)

The third page was to doodle your name.

The fourth page was your favorite color. I choose to smash my favorite color which is obviously pink!

Page five was a recipe. I shared my mom's cream cheese mints which are heavenly. Sometime I will share the recipe here!

The sixth page was all about our favorite books. I added a little envelope and put a tag inside to resemble the way you used to check books out of the library with the little card you would write on in the back of the books!

Page seven, Things you think are cute! Well obviously I would pick donkeys right?! They are the cutest thing ever! (sorry the photos is blurry)

The eighth page was about our favorite TV shows. I choose one to highlight then made lists of some of the others. I added a another page into this section to put my lists on.

Page nine was things you remember from childhood. I choose to highlight a bunch of stuff from the 80's that I loved and remember. Who didn't love Alf? And don't tell me you never rolled your pants like that and wore those scruchie socks! I know you did!

The last section was our favorite scrapbook companies. I made a layout of myself using items from some of my favorite companies!! It's far to difficult to choose just one!
I can't wait, in just a few days I will have Carrie's book to work in! This is really one of the best projects I have done in a long time!
